COMPANY FELLOW BARBER TITLE DIRECTOR PRODUCT DIVISION ROLE LAUNCH STRATEGY, CREATIVE MARKETING, NAMING, COPYWRITING, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & PACKAGE DESIGN, SUPPLY CHAIN

Larry was recruited by the company Founder to oversee the product division of a leading premium American grooming brand from concept through launch. He led ideation, research and development of an 8 sku product offering including solutions for haircare, styling and shaving. Additionally, he set-up the supply chain and managed production through completion of finished goods. In preperation for the launch, Larry spearheaded creation of the go-to-market plan, sales support materials, launch campaign visuals and education training manual.
